On my first view of this image I am taken by pure tenderness. There is truth in the natural beauty of the model revealed. Her eyes capture me, I cannot stop staring back and I begin to feel an emotional connection.

The fact that she is nude, or appears to be, and not wearing any makeup is perfect for this image because it tends to bring out an honesty with elements of vulnerability. I also see a confident woman, sure of herself, and in control of her path in life.

On the constructive side, I like the depth of field focus because it draws more attention to her eyes. I might have preferred it were framed to reveal more of her hand, which I feel would only enhance rather than it taking away from the image as it is currently displayed.

Overall I feel it is a simple image with great impact.
